Weight Room NYAdelphi Weight Training Adelphi Academy of Brooklyn’s Weight Training takes place on Wednesdays inside Adelphi's Weight Room. Students in Grades 7 through 12 learn about physical fitness and weight training in a safe and controlled environment that allows them to meet their individual fitness goals. Please Note: Students must be 16 years of age to use equipment.

Lower School Celebrates 100 Days of School! All Lower Schoolers at Adelphi Academy of Brooklyn are asked to dress like they’re 100 years old, or dress like a Dalmatian with 100 spots, on Monday, March 4th, 2024 as part of a very special celebration marking 100 instructional days!
